During this phase we investigate the site options and work with our clients to prepare a project brief.

Existing Development Proposals. For sites that have an existing design proposal we will assess these from both a pre-fabrication and efficiency perspective.

This phase includes the following

Concept Design. smart house produce concept sketches that define the preferred housing solution for the project based on the site specific needs and project brief. These are reviewed and discussed.

Budget pricing. A preliminary cost estimate and outline specification is prepared for the project.

This phase includes the following

Documentation. Detailed documents are produced which finalise the concept design and finishes and enable a detailed cost breakdown to be prepared.

This is more than 3D computer modelling, it allows design options to be explored virtually, it allows our clients to "walk through" their project before construction begins, and minimises delays and errors during construction.

Consultant Advice. Input from independent specialist consultants such as geotechnical reports and land surveyors may be required and we manage this process.

Planning Reports and Applications. The documents are ready for submitting to council to obtain a planning approval which smart house can manage on your behalf if required.

Project Marketing. If this is required for your project smart house can prepare in house photo montages and marketing plans.

This phase includes the following

Construction. The modules are constructed in the factory ready for transport to site. You are free to inspect the progress during this process.

On Site. smart house arrange for the foundations to be installed on the site while construction occurs in the factory.

Site Works. smart house can arrange for the balance of the site works including services, driveways, landscaping to be completed if required.

Delivery and Installation. smart house arrange the transportation and installation on site.

smart house manage and drive the manufacture, on site construction, and delivery. smart house work closely with our clients, keeping them informed of progress as we achieve the desired outcome.

Handover. smart house carry out a final inspection on completion and then hand over the keys.
